Will X item be back in stock?
It depends on the product! If I decide to restock an item or reopen preorders, I will post updates on my twitter.
What is your refund/returns policy?
I will not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for a product unless the product does not arrive, was stolen/damaged/incorrect, etc.
Please contact me ASAP if there is a problem with your order and I will do what I can to fix it!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Though shipping outside the US tends to be a little more expensive and may take longer to arrive.
When will my order be shipped?
Preorders will be shipped out as soon as the manufacturer ships the items to me, which can take anywhere from 1-3 months on average once the preorder period ends.
As for all other orders, it will generally take 2-5 business days to pack and ship out your order, and 5-10 days for it to be shipped within the US.
Please note that if you buy a preorder item and a regular item at the same time they will automatically be shipped together and will take longer, you will need to make two seperate purchases if you want to get the regular item faster.
Is tracking available?
Yes, tracking is available for all orders excluding those that can be mailed in an envelope (stickers, small prints, etc.)
Once your order has shipped, you will recieve a tracking number in your email.
